Grief & Loss Counselling

Grief is heavy and lonely. You might be dealing with brain fog, sudden waves of anger, or a void that people around you may not fully understand. When it feels like the rest of the world expects you to just go back to normal, you might find yourself simply trying to survive the next hour.

This space is for anyone carrying the weight of a loss, whether that is the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or the loss of a future you thought you would have. People often put timelines on grief or expect it to follow neat stages. The reality is messy, unpredictable, and entirely yours.

In our sessions, I will never rush you or offer empty platitudes. Therapy here is about providing a safe place for you to fall apart if you need to. Together, we will process the complex layers of your emotions and figure out how to live in a world without the person or the future you lost. Moving at your pace, we will find a way for you to carry your grief without it completely crushing you, and slowly rebuild a sense of meaning in your life.

You do not have to hold this heavy load entirely on your own. Whenever you feel ready, reach out to arrange a quiet, supportive conversation about how we can navigate this together.
